First time? Step 0: install Buzz (free, open source, ~20 seconds) β Desktop: buzz.xyz Β· iPhone/iPad: App Store β then come back and hit Accept. Desktop is the smoother route this week; the mobile app is very new. Β· Android: Google Play
What happens after you apply:
1. Buzz creates your identity key β save it like a wallet key; it is how you come back. If it asks you to set up a profile and saving fails, donβt worry β finish joining, then add your name and photo once you are inside, under Settings > Profile (known bug, not you). Your profile is how our doorman @Artie finds and greets you, so it is worth the ten seconds.
2. You will see your own Buzz space first β open the community switcher and choose Artificially Intimidating (bee icon).
3. Since this community lives on the open internet, every member applies and every application is reviewed. Your invite unlocks the moment you apply, and the welcome channels open for you automatically within a couple of minutes β if it looks quiet at first, hang tight, the doors are opening.
4. Once the doors open, post one intro in #Introductions β what you make, what you want to build with AI, one tool you actually use. That opens the rest of the lab, and our AI doorman @Artie will greet you by name.
